Windows in place.
Screenshots without leaks.

Two small Mac tools from Dresden that you’ll reach for every day – and won’t want to work without.

ZoneSnap

Keyboard first

⌥ ⇥, one key – and the window snaps into place.

One shortcut opens a key block. Every key shows where the window goes: halves, thirds, quarters, corners, the next display. Once you know the keys, just type through – the overlay never even appears.

Coming from Windows?

Like Snap Layouts and FancyZones – visible zones and a single shortcut instead of dragging windows around.

Tame your ultrawide

Thirds and quarters; press R again to cycle ½ → ⅔ → ⅓. Windows always land on the display under your mouse.

Dock and get going

Save an arrangement as a layout. After docking, ⌥⇥ ⇧1 puts every window back.

SnappiShotti

Safe to share

Took a screenshot with a password in it? Black it out before anyone sees.

Capture an area, a window or a whole scrolling page. Then annotate, label and redact sensitive spots – truly removed, not just blurred. Copy, drag or save in one step.

For software teams

Show the bug instead of describing it: capture the window, mark it up, copy text straight out with OCR.

For support and docs

Full-page scrolling captures, clean arrows and boxes, a history of every shot.

For consultants and agencies

Reliably redact client data before the screenshot ends up in a slide deck.

Questions

When can I get them?

ZoneSnap is almost done, SnappiShotti follows. People on the list hear first and can test early.

What will they cost?

Buy once, no subscription – a fair price for a tool you use every day. Both apps will also come as a bundle.

Why not the Mac App Store?

ZoneSnap has to move other apps’ windows, which Apple doesn’t allow for App Store apps. So both apps come directly from us – signed and notarized by Apple.

What happens to my data?

Nothing. Both apps run entirely on your Mac and never send your content anywhere.
